Project Overview: The scope has expanded to support the client's foundational departments, cloud teams, and application operations. We play a vital role in supporting and leading technical aspects of existing services, business support, and new constructions. Attractions of the Position: Lead the management and operation of infrastructure directly impacting a major convenience store chain's business. Engage in conversations with clients while supporting existing services, business operations, and leading new constructions. The role encompasses a wide range of services in various areas, including NW, cloud environments, virtualization infrastructure, storage, DB, and tools. Future Career Paths: Potential paths include Solution Architect, Project Lead, Project Manager, and Delivery Manager. Job Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain network equipment. • Design/Build: Construct network equipment based on new communication requirements by confirming specifications. • Maintenance: Perform network operation tasks such as preinvestigation according to customer requirements, configuration changes, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance analysis. Main Equipment Used: • Routers/Switches: Cisco IOS • Firewalls: Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX • Load Balancers: F5 BIG-IP, Citrix ADC • Others: WAF, DNS servers, SMTP servers, etc. Qualifications: Required: • Fundamental knowledge of networking. • Experience in building L2SW/L3SW/Router. • Experience in building firewalls. • Experience in creating construction documents. Preferred: • Experience in operating NW management documentation. • Experience in operating L2SW/L3SW/Router/FW/LB. • Version upgrade support for Switch/Router/FW/LB. • Experience in operating security equipment. • Packet analysis. • Experience in building LB. • Experience in operating proxies. • Experience in operating reverse proxies. • Experience in operating/building VPN equipment. • Experience in creating proposal documents. |
