Job Description	* As the Business Development Manager for Industrial Automation, your role entails spearheading the company's expansion and success within the Japanese market. * Collaborating closely with APAC Sales team and Product Management, you will formulate and implement strategic business plans aimed at enhancing the market footprint and driving sales growth for Industrial Automation solutions. Description * Collaborate with Sales Teams, especially those focused on Industrial Accounts, to drive sales and promote Industrial Solutions across target market segments. * This involves active participation in multi-location account development activities and meetings. * Mandatory travel across APAC region is necessary to pursue new business opportunities or support Sales teams in executing opportunities. * Gain deep insights into target customer profiles, needs, and market dynamics, including SWOT analysis. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for business expansion through complementary products or untapped markets.
