Lead to create/manage project schedule aligning with NCX dev. team and other stakeholders such as R&D, IS/IT, TSPs and report project status to stakeholders Empower entire scrum team to maximize the velocity of CCS services/products development Delivering the product backlog, and creating product specifications Lead scrum team to make sprint plan Identify and manage dependencies and work to remove any obstacles the team face Work with Product Owner to align product release plan and marketing plan with S&M and regions Coaching the team on scope and timing of product release |
