In this recruitment position, even those with no experience in the IT industry can become active IT personnel by learning our software quality assurance and testing know-how and being responsible for test execution and design. ■About the assigned department Quality Service Department or Technology Department ■Specific job details ・Test execution ・Test design -Understanding basic design documents/detailed design documents -Create test designs for single features -Review of test design document ・Improvement proposals to customers, etc. ■Work flow ・Our quality assurance engineers work in this way. Example) Design of test specifications → Preparation for test execution → Execution of test → Creation of report after test completion → End ▼Possible career paths ・Project leader/manager/consultant After building a career as a quality assurance engineer, you will be hired as a project leader or manager of 5 million yen to 500 million yen. You will be in charge of large-scale or multiple projects involving ~100 people. ▼Education system After joining the company, you will receive up to four weeks of group training where you will be taught a wide range of topics, from the concept of services to the practice of test design using tools developed by our company that you will actually use. It will also deepen your bonds with your classmates. After being assigned to the site, we will provide you with work know-how through OJT. Personal interviews are also held regularly.
