【募集背景】外国籍社員比率6割（40か国籍）在籍中の同社では人事の組織編成に伴い、部内各担当の役割を整理の上、新設ポジションとして募集を開始致します。 【職務内容】 同社人事部門は、マネージャー1名とHRBP/タレントマネジメント/労務 / 給与 / 安全衛生・採用 の各メンバーで構成されます。同ポジションでは各業務に跨った、ジェネラリストとして各種人事サポート業務をお任せ致します。 （業務例） ・定期的人事情報のデータ入力・更新に行い、レポートを作成して分析 ・雇用契約更新等の管理 ・入社後の社員サポート（研修、健康診断ほか） ・採用業務サポート ・研修サポート ・SDGs やCSR 活動に関するプロジェクト管理 ・そのた各種人事業務サポート 【魅力】 ◎ジェネラリストとして、幅広い人事業務に携わることができます。 ◎常時、英語を活用した業務に携わることができます 【組織構成】マネージャー1名、メンバー3名在籍 労務 / 給与 / 安全衛生・採用 |
