Job Description |
- Supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle to create positive and productive outcomes. ・Development and implementation of employee engagement and retention measures. - Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal customers and provide appropriate advice on talent management issues. - Performance management of contractual and statutory compliance issues and disciplinary matters. ・Promote behavioral change in leaders and employees, and promote employee and organizational change. ・Support all communications across the organization in both Japanese and English. - Actively involve in transferring HR tasks to shared services teams and focus on continuous improvement of HR activities. ・Provide and analyze human resources data proactively or on demand. |

Job Requirements |
・Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources field (persons with experience in at least two of the following fields: labor, recruitment, payroll/social insurance, training, and other human resources) ・Business level English proficiency |
