Job Description The Pre-sales Manager is responsible for solution demonstration and managing a small team of Pre-sales Consultant. This is a leading global company providing cloud-base Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution for apparel manufacturing industry.

You can choose to be base in Tokyo or Osaka. Hybrid remote working style.


Description

The Pre-sales Manager is responsible for:

Solutions: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) / Product Information Management (PIM)
Clients: Fashion/Apparel Manufacturers in Japan

* Collaborate with the Sales team to identify new opportunities and define the proposals for clients, from the beginning of the pre-sales stage until the end of the negotiation.
* Communicate closely with clients to define their business requirements.
* Demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions and convince the customer through preparation and delivery of outstanding presentations, software demonstrations, trials and benchmarks.
* Ensure the handover of the project to global delivery teams.
* Analyze competitors' ecosystem and solutions.
* Mentor two junior members in the team.


Profile

* Experience in pre-sales, consultancy, or related positions within IT industry. Especially, experience relating to manufacturing software, ERP, PLM, etc.
* Experience or strong interest in fashion industry. Prefer someone who has a good understanding in fashion/apparel design and production process, or has experience in fashion digital transformation.
* High fluency in Japanese and business level English.
* Good to have education background in Fashion, Computer Science or Industrial Engineering, or any related area.
