Job Description |
1. Conduct onboarding training sessions for new employees centered on service standards, product knowledge, and other essential elements of the role. 2. Conduct training sessions to help team members effectively understand and adopt new game content and processes. 3. Collaborate with the quality inspection team to evaluate training effectiveness, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collect practice data, write reports, and analyze the effectiveness of the training program. Provides recommendations to strengthen training initiatives. |

Job Requirements |
1. Korean candidate: native speaker of Korean, fluent in Japanese, fluent in English or Chinese. 2. Have at least 3 years of gaming customer service or related experience. Have a deep understanding of the gaming industry and a true passion for animation culture. 3. Have excellent expression and smooth communication skills to convey training content clearly and effectively. |
