Collect practice data, write reports, and analyze the effectiveness of the training program. Provides recommendations to strengthen training initiatives. |

| Job Requirements |
1. Korean candidate: native speaker of Korean, fluent in Japanese, fluent in English or Chinese. 2. Have at least 3 years of gaming customer service or related experience. Have excellent expression and smooth communication skills to convey training content clearly and effectively. |
