Job Description	Job Description Job title (position) Tourism Real Estate Business Department [Manager] Belongs to Tourism Real Estate Department Employment classification Full-time employee Report to supervisor: Manager, Tourism Real Estate Business Department Job details <Mission> Contribute to the development of Okinawa by maximizing the value of real estate (including hotel development) that the company owns or will acquire in the future. <Job details> (Real estate development project management business) • New development project management services for hotels and commercial facilities (product planning, business partner negotiations, design office/builder/tenant leasing company control, financing services) (Real estate buying and selling business process management) • Group real estate buying and selling process management (broker control, buyer/seller negotiation, contract documentation control) (Real estate rental practices, budget performance management, real estate management company control) • Budget and actual management/difference analysis/formulation and implementation of solutions for each property (tenant replacement, rent increase negotiation through management company, etc.) • Operational management of owned hotels (budget and actual management, expense payment, repair planning, vendor control, etc.)

Job Requirements	Necessary experience/ Qualifications Requirements • Able to build good interpersonal relationships through smooth communication both inside and outside the company. • Experience in project management work in large-scale real estate development. • Basic knowledge of real estate sales and rental operations • Basic knowledge about real estate income and expenditure, investment yield, etc. • Excel/Word/Power Point skills • Working in Okinawa Desirable conditions • 2 years or more of real estate work experience, real estate transaction specialist qualification
