Product Planning and Roadmap: -Coordinate with teams to define clear product requirements. -Collaborate with engineering for timely product delivery, balancing scope and quality. Product Development and Execution: -Oversee the product development process, from conception to launch. -Promote agile practices for efficient product development. -Evaluate product quality, ensuring it aligns with customer expectations. Stakeholder Management: -Work closely with internal teams to enhance product offerings. -Build relationships with external stakeholders for feedback and validation. Product Performance and Optimization: -Monitor metrics and feedback for product improvement opportunities. -Lead product updates based on data and customer input. -Partner with marketing and sales for optimal product positioning. |
