Job Description	You will be working in a department that handles our unique business, the Landmaster Business, and will be primarily responsible for either ``rental'' or ``purchasing.'' Involved in both tasks. There is no need to come to the office. You can go directly to the site or return directly! *Basically, work ends after 6pm. ====== Rental sales ====== ■Preparation for property introduction (nearby shops, shortcuts to the nearest station, traffic volume, etc.) ■ Guide customers to properties (about 1-3 cases per day) ■Creating and sending daily reports on smartphones Customers looking for rental properties contact our call center, and call center staff will discuss their needs and make an appointment. The sales person will be responsible for supporting everything from property information to contracts, helping customers find the property that is perfect for them. ====== Purchasing sales ====== ■Property purchase negotiations ■Developing new suppliers ■Consulting for customers ■Creating and sending daily reports on smartphones You will be active as a consulting salesperson, proposing ways to fill vacancies for condominium/apartment management companies who are worried about purchasing new properties, developing suppliers, and finding renters.
