Experience in Cisco Telephony / VoIP experience and Video Conferencing. (Cisco UCM Cloud) Management of all Cisco UCM Infrastructures on Prem and Cisco UCM Cloud, including but not limited to UCM, CUC, CUAC, Cisco Control Hub, etc. Management and administration of Cisco UCM, CUC, CUAC, etc., in cooperation with Cisco TAC (OS, Patching, Software Upgrades, Certifications, etc.) Manage all Cisco UCM infrastructure components, including CUCM, SME, Expressways E & C, CUC, CUAC, Cisco Control Hub Management and administration of Cisco UCM, CUC, CUAC, etc., in cooperation with Cisco TAC (OS, Patching, Software Upgrades, Certifications, etc.) Cisco VOIP telephony and collaboration services Expertise in Cisco Video Conference Units and Meeting Infrastructure Proficiency in Cisco Control Hub and VC codecs management On-Prem and Cloud Expert skill and experience with Cisco Voice Gateways and SBC’s Experience and core knowledge in supporting voice protocols i.e., SIP, H.323 and MGCP |
