| Job Description |
Local (onsite) Support, lifecycle management and inventory management for IT Infrastructure hardware and software, Server, Server Rooms, Storage, Network and CR Facilities in Tokyo, Saitama, and Sales Office Inspection & Testing of equipment along with Customer Global team. Arrange Repair or replacement of hardware with vendors as needed Oversee activities of outside service/product vendors including preparing contract papers, requesting for POs, contract management Coordination with Customer global team Maintenance of IT Infra documentation (including SOP updates) Keep physical network up and running (Wired & Wireless) and report network and connectivity issues to local and global management. Keep Corporate standards up to date Setup, configuring LAB & Production Systems, when requested Monitor & assist troubleshooting Telephone issues Coordinate with Help-Desk Team in troubleshooting and follow up on infra related topics when escalated. |
