[Specific Job Content] You will be involved in product planning, product design, product development, and technology development to improve the value of our new and existing products. ■Collecting and researching technical information on food trends (raw materials and manufacturing methods) ■Product proposals from a market and manufacturing perspective (concept planning, market analysis, etc.) ■Modeling target quality and realizing mass production (establishing technical conditions, cost design, safety design, etc.) [Role of the Rice Cracker Snack Development Department and Global Technology Development Department] ■Improve the market value of new and existing products through technical capabilities, and develop technical personnel who can be active both domestically and overseas. ■Promote product development and technical research that leads to the creation of new value for the confectionery market, not limited to rice crackers. ■Use technical capabilities to create products with value that are supported both domestically and overseas with the spirit and actions of craftsmanship. ■Technical support for production and product development of overseas group companies. ■Technical support for the launch of new overseas bases.
