Job Description	◆Work flow◆ ▼Approach to customers who have made inquiries We will communicate by phone with those who request information through our company website, information request site, or SNS. Let's discuss your wishes and make an appointment. ▼Counseling, plan proposal We will propose the most suitable plan after meeting with you at our office or online. Each case takes about 1 to 2 hours. ▼Contract/Follow Once the contract is established, we will work with the student support team and local EF staff to follow you from preparation for departure to return to your home country. ★Educational training system You can use the first 1-2 weeks to conduct training and learn from the basics! Even after starting sales activities, you will continue to acquire business skills through OJT format. We do not have a manual so that you can proceed with your work in your own style. ★Career change possible In addition to overseas training and inspections, there are also opportunities to try other jobs and be assigned to overseas bases.

Job Requirements	[MUST] ・Junior college graduate or above ・Person who has some kind of sales or sales experience for more than 1 year (regardless of product or industry) ・Those who have English proficiency at or above the daily conversation level ・Those with the ability to adapt and take on challenges in a fast-paced organization ・Those who enjoy working to achieve numerical targets as a salesperson [WANT] ・Those who are particular about numbers and can commit to results ・Curious people who are willing to investigate on their own ・Those who can involve others and work hard together ・People with a spirit of challenge ・Those who can set their own goals and take initiative to achieve them ・Those who have studied abroad (regardless of where you studied abroad)

Other Salary Description	Monthly salary 250,000 yen to 625,000 yen (including fixed overtime pay) + bonus (1 to 3 times a year) *Fixed overtime pay will be paid from 60,000 yen to 155,000 yen for 40 hours per month, regardless of overtime work. Overtime work in excess of the above will be paid additionally. <Model annual income> Annual income: 5.5 million yen (30 years old/3 years experience/monthly salary: 370,000 yen) Annual income: 4.2 million yen (26 years old/1 year of experience/monthly salary: 280,000 yen) Salary increase: Once a year (October) Bonus: (1 to 3 times a year) ■Complete social insurance ■Private clothes available ■National conference (scheduled to be held in Miyakojima in 2023) ■Training system (OJT, overseas training, inspection of EF overseas directly managed schools, global training, etc.) ■English Live (online English conversation) usage ■Referral recruitment bonus ■Using Leadership Live (online learning platform) ■Tuition support program (US$1500 per year)
