Job Description [Support staff for finding a room]
This is a customer service job related to real estate rental properties.
We provide customer service to customers who come looking for rooms in rental properties.
・Room introduction explanation
・Pass the customer in the car and guide them on a tour of the property
・Procedures associated with the contract
・Purchasing properties, confirming properties in advance
・Register property information on dedicated terminal
・Confirm vacancy with property owner
