1. In charge of machine development work; 2. Formulate machinery technology development strategies and plans; formulate, track and improve machinery development plans and complete each machinery development task specified by the company; 3. Responsible for recruiting, training, and performance evaluation of mechanical department staff; 4. Track international advanced technology and conduct forward-looking research; 5. Responsible for research and development of related technologies and consideration of experimental plans, and makes proposals regarding related technologies; 6. Proofread engineering drawings according to the company's drawing review process; 7. Organize the editing and proofreading of relevant technical documentation and be responsible for the integrity of the department's mechanical documentation; |
