We are looking for someone who can work as a backend engineer for a rapidly growing information sharing tool. ◆Attractive points Would you like to take ownership and lead the development of the backend of an information sharing tool used by over 120,000 companies? You can design and develop a system with your own hands at an unprecedented speed. ◆Recruitment background Our information sharing tool is a product that has been introduced by 120,000 companies in just four and a half years, mainly by non-IT companies, despite having zero advertising costs. Our business is currently growing rapidly, and in order to realize our mission of ``removing the stress of information sharing from non-IT companies around the world,'' we are looking for people to join us in this mission. We are still a small team, so now is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for you to join us as a founding member. ◆What you can get from this job This is an extremely exciting position that handles high traffic as the product is currently registered by more than 120,000 companies and has the characteristics of a product that is used frequently and has very long user stay times. Since we are targeting people from non-IT companies, UI and UX design is the key to this business. Both as a company and as a development organization, we are still in the start-up phase. Therefore, we are able to propose a variety of measures on our own, including proposals for the technical environment, promotion of operational efficiency, and measures to strengthen the development system.
