Job Description [Now Hiring! English Interpreters at Airport Counters]

You will be handling customers in English and Japanese at the arrival lobby counter at Haneda Airport.

- Guiding customers in the arrival lobby

- Handling customer inquiries

- Handling complaints

- Entering customer information

- Other related tasks (data entry, handing over the day’s work, etc.)

★ Customer service will be done by coordinating with other staff via walkie-talkie.

★ Politely answer customer questions about transfers and airport facilities.

Working Hours [Shift system]

*You can work up to 7.5 hours, including either the early shift (7:00-11:00) or late shift (21:00-0:00 the next day).

*There is about 5 hours of overtime per month.

①Early shift 6:30-15:00 (7 hours 30 minutes of actual work)
②Late shift 15:00-23:30 (7 hours 30 minutes of actual work)
*There is a break if you work more than 6.5 hours.

①7:00-11:00 (4 hours of actual work)
②7:00-13:00 (6 hours of actual work)
③18:00-0:00 the next day (6 hours of actual work)
