At our multilingual contact center, we respond to inquiries from overseas staff in Vietnamese and English.　
・We will respond to inquiries from overseas staff by phone or email.
・Inquiries are related to transportation, stores, medical facilities, public institutions, etc.
・Provide general support to overseas staff.

・Japanese level: N1 required (certificate required)

・Office work experience in Japan (1 year or more)
