1. Worked for a Japanese company (China, Japan) for 5 years (or more).
2. Ability to speak Japanese at business level.
3. Project management experience, management of 3 or more members as PM and experience in multiple project development.
4. DB design development experience of database (SQL Server).
5. Academic background of university or college graduate.
6. Ability to travel within and outside of China.
7. Someone who is bright, positive, and likes challenges.

2. General knowledge of web applications (Java, JavaScript, HTML, echats)
