[Expected role] We will entrust you with the following tasks. ① Planning and execution of growth strategies for group companies (2) Examination of M & A, etc. for implementing growth force ③ Implementation of business strategy consulting to investees [Job description] Support for strategy formulation (including alliances and M & A) and problem solving for venture companies (1) Trend survey for growth strategies of group companies (2) Survey and analysis of each industry, industry, individual company, etc. (3) Dissemination of information and reports on various industry trends and individual companies (4) Understanding and analyzing the management issues of business partners and proposing strategies for solving those issues ⑤ Bridging between investment destinations, TIT, and group companies |
