Jstyle was founded as a study abroad agency with the optimum environment for achieving our 5 driving principles: "Personal Responsibility," "Social Skills," "Problem-Solving Skills," "Language Skills," and "Networking." The name of our service, "YUME-KANA Study Abroad," is taken from this corporate philosophy. 97% of our staff have studied abroad or completed a working holiday in the past. Using the diverse experiences and knowledge of our employees, we have worked to establish a way of studying abroad that truly puts the customer first. All of our staff here at YUME-KANA Study Abroad are colleagues who agree wholeheartedly with this goal, so the services we have created based on this philosophy have taken the form of custom-made study abroad plans that are tailored exclusively to the needs of each individual customer. Every study abroad plan we offer is a step towards making our customers' dreams come true. We provide a wide range of support: starting from pre-study abroad preparation (English education, documentation) we continue to follow-up continuously during the trip, and even provide post-study career consultation after our customers return to Japan. Our company currently has a global staff of approximately 170 people. We offer a warm and casual atmosphere that allows our employees to comfortably work together, regardless of their age or career position/level. We strive to maintain an atmosphere of equality and respect for every member of our diverse and steadily expanding team. Jstyle is a company where employees go out for drinks together after work—where fun events such as Smash Bros. and Mario Kart tournaments, karaoke, game nights, movie screenings, and more are held in our company café space.
