Overseeing the entire construction project, it ranges from planning to site management, cost management, communication, reporting and document preparation◎ Through these tasks, the role of construction management is to support the construction project to proceed safely and efficiently as planned♪ [Planning and preparation] Checking blueprints: Read the blueprints and understand the overall picture of the project. Creating a construction plan: Make a schedule and plan the work procedures. Arranging materials and equipment: Prepare the necessary materials and machinery. [Site management] Process management: Check that the work is proceeding as planned and make adjustments to avoid delays. Quality control: Check that the construction is in accordance with the blueprints and standards. Ensuring quality is important. Safety management: Provide guidance and inspections to ensure safety on site. It is important to prevent work-related accidents. [Cost management] Budget management: Monitor and adjust costs so that the project is completed within budget. Material and labor cost management: Check carefully to ensure that costs do not exceed the plan. [Communication] Coordination with each party: We hold meetings with the parties involved, such as designers, contractors, and clients, and make arrangements to ensure smooth progress. Problem solving: We promptly resolve problems and issues that arise on-site. [Reporting and document preparation] Progress report: We compile a report on the progress of the construction work and share it with the parties involved.
