Join a leading cybersecurity company as a Bilingual IT Support ensuring smooth network operations and product updates while collaborating with international teams. This role offers the possibility of full remote work and the opportunity to use both Japanese and English in a cutting-edge security environment. Description * Communicate with the NOC team (mainly in Japanese, some English). * Support product updates, fixes, and manual corrections. * Review network and operation manuals (Japanese documentation). * Update internal technical documents and training materials. * Edit and execute existing Python scripts. Profile * Business-level Japanese (English reading/writing preferred). * Experience with Linux/Windows installation & troubleshooting. * Basic networking knowledge & understanding of security concepts. * Experience with SaaS product configuration & updates. * Skilled in technical documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
