仕事内容	Step into the role of Head of Supply Chain, where you will define and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance both the operational efficiency and profitability of a major business unit in Japan. Your leadership will ensure a reliable supply chain, optimize team performance, and uphold service excellence in a dynamic market. Description * Enhance demand planning with advanced forecasting techniques, using diverse data sets to maintain accurate supply predictions over a 36-month horizon. * Optimize service delivery by managing product supply risks and coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective resolution of issues. * Develop and implement sourcing, logistics, and distribution strategies that promote cost efficiency, sustainability, and exemplary service. * Conduct regular performance reviews and capacity planning with manufacturing sources and service providers to guarantee stable supply chains. * Manage logistics and distributor contracts to achieve high service levels and customer satisfaction. * Uphold stringent compliance with all relevant legal, ethical, and safety standards, regularly updating SOPs and promoting a culture of safety across all operational areas. Profile * Have a strong background in managing end-to-end supply chain operations * Exhibit exceptional leadership qualities, capable of motivating and developing a future-ready, high-performing team. * Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing and driving sustainable changes across the organization. * Demonstrate deep knowledge of core supply chain processes and the ability to manage complex projects and challenges. * Be fluent in both Japanese and English, facilitating effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
