Regular cleaning including mopping, sweeping, changing bedsheets, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
Delivery of daily necessities and equipment to properties in Tokyo using company mopeds and trains
Inspection of properties
Report damage to properties and carry out simple repairs and maintenance
