Our strength is that we deal directly with customers of global IT companies . In small translation companies like ours, it is common to receive requests as a subcontractor of a globally expanding multilingual translation company called a multilingual vendor (MLV), but almost 100% of our orders are received. It is a transaction of the prime contractor.

Since our founding, we have built stable relationships with customers of various IT companies, from customers of global companies to customers of venture companies, for a long time. Microsoft Japan is registered as a Preferred Vendor, which is only a few companies in Japan. Also, since most of the new customers are introduced by existing customers, we can see that they are trusted in terms of both translation quality and project progress.
We are proud that this is the result of continuing the following two points.

  1. Consistent quality-focused translation
  2. Close communication with customers and detailed follow-up by a fixed system of the project manager (PM) in charge

The project manager (PM) position we are looking for this time is an important role to proceed with the entire translation project in collaboration with customers, internal stakeholders, and external collaborators .

It's a job that makes me feel very rewarding when the translated content I'm in charge of is released or when the customer is satisfied.

All six people in the Language Consulting Division are working from home . Since you can also work in an office in Tokyo, you can work at home and work in the office as a hybrid , depending on your preferred work style .

We have also introduced a flextime system with core time from 10:30 to 18:00 . Even if it is outside the core time range, it is possible to flexibly adjust the start time and end time by consulting in advance. For example, some employees work full-time from 8:00 to 16:30 .

Overtime hours are about 0 to 20 hours / month in normal months and about 30 hours / month even in busy seasons . Customers in charge tend to be busy when they are about to announce new products or at the end of the term, but by sharing the status of their respective projects at regular in-house online meetings every week, there is a large bias in the amount of work. We work together as a team to survive while helping each other so that they do not come out.

In addition, since most customers have two PMs in charge , it is an environment where it is easy to take a vacation regardless of the progress of the project in charge.
