Establlished in 2005 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Deutsche Bank Group, DKS is a world-class Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) organisation providing end-to-end services to Deutsche Bank across the entire back office spectrum of the life cycle of a trade. It provides Operations, Product Control, Financial Control, Reporting and Consolidation, and Change Management services to internal businesses worldwide.

Operated independently from Deutsche Bank's domestic Philippines banking business, DKS offers continues diverse, flexible, efficient and high value service through its shared services model. This enables the firm to be a process-centric organisation. By integrating similar services together, we maximise economies of scale and create end-to-end, service oriented work streams that minimise manual processes and barriers to knowledge management, all while increasing efficiency. This has created a functional oriented organisational structure, which provides internal services to Deutsche Bank.

As part of its organisational construct, DKS also provides the best support to its Service Delivery groups and management. Service Support is responsible for all the service centre operations including Finance, Human Resources (including Learning and Development) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Group. The COO Group is composed of Facilities Management, Technology Infrastructure, Local Enterprise Governance, Risk and Control, Internal Communications, Legal and Compliance.
