We have about 400 staffs from 30 different nationalities serving a diverse membership.
Our staff who are different nationalities, cultures, languages, and backgrounds, work cheerfully every day, encouraged by the smiles and "thank you" of our customers.
We respect each other's differences, exchange opinions, and provide the best possible service to our guests.
The Tokyo American Club is a energetic place to work.
Working environment
Most conversations with guests are in English. In addition, the Tokyo American Club, which focuses its activities on cultural exchange between Japan and the U.S., holds a variety of cultural events in the U.S.
To work in a highly diverse organizational environment, it is important to recognize differences and respect others.
Many such people work at the Tokyo American Club. Each and every one of our staff members creates a "good working atmosphere".
The appeal of our membership club
Our staff members who serve our members on a daily basis remember the faces and names of our members. Many of our members also remember the names of our staff.
We communicate and serve the same members many times over a long period of time. The relationship between members and staff is special. Therefore, staff cannot provide superficial, smiling, tokenistic service. It is not a one-time service, but a face-to-face, heart-to-heart service.
Tokyo American Club takes every effort to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all its guests and staff.
In line with the latest COVID-19-related guidance from the Tokyo government and local health authorities, the Club has implemented a series of safety measures to protect all those who visit and work at the facility.
