 One of the important missions of a company's IR activities is to enable the realization of an appropriate valuation of stocks, which are valuable assets for shareholders. To support this important role, Investure looks at the entire institutional investor market, points out issues in the shareholder composition that affect the client's stock valuation, and extracts potential shareholders suitable for the client. We provide advice to promote shareholderization of target funds and facilitate communication. However, to perform such analysis and diagnosis, comprehensive and detailed data on funds managed by domestic and overseas institutional investors who invest in Japanese stocks is required. Therefore, Investure has built a unique fund shareholder database that captures approximately 90% of all institutional investor shareholders of all Japanese companies in a chronological order by fund. The shareholder information recorded does not rely on the company's shareholder register as an information source, but makes full use of investor materials from each country and statistics from investor associations and organizations, and then performs various cross-checks and analytical calculations. Analysis using this valuable intellectual property database clearly shows that the rise and fall of a company's stock valuation is basically caused by the multiplication of the increase or decrease in expected growth rate and the increase or decrease in the shareholder composition ratio of the so-called judgmental funds that are the subject of IR. It also makes it possible to perform unprecedented analysis that explains the movement of a company's stock price from the buying and selling trends of individual funds managed by institutional investors. |
