In addition to setting up an in-house consultation desk staffed by industrial physicians, public health nurses, and certified psychologists, we have also contracted with an external EAP organization (Employee Assistance Program). Consultations and interviews are mainly conducted over the phone or online, so they can be used from anywhere in the country, and we have created an environment where employees can consult at any time and with ease. In addition, we conduct self-care training for all employees and line care training for managers every year, focusing on primary prevention to prevent mental health problems before they occur.
