Maneesh Mamgain
He has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial and professional services industry prior to his executive search career.
Working with GE Capital for some 14 years, covering Corporate Treasury, Insurance and Real Estate Controllership(Accounting, financial reporting and Finance Systems). He has in-depth knowledge of financial reporting process, finance systems, LEAN and Agile Methodology. Later he was with PwC in consulting where he led the projects for multi-national Insurance companies in Japan; specifically focused on large scale transformation.
Combining his rich experience in multi-national companies at different levels and successful multiple years of executive search experience Maneesh brings insights that allows him to advise clients and candidates alike to best position themselves in the current market.
Mika Magoshi
She joined ROOTSCAREER K.K with 30 years of working experience in multiple businesses and professional firms.
Worked for 9 years at AIG group companies, where she was assigned to operations, sales and new business development, which gave her broad knowledge of insurance and financial services. She also worked in consulting firms for 16 years in different areas as strategy consultant, professional development director and research/marketing lead of financial services. These experiences have equipped her with industry insights in consulting and financial services, and their talent management.
