EAGLE EYE NETWORKS CEO
Dean Drako is the founder and CEO of Eagle Eye Networks.
With over 25 years of experience building profitable, high-growth, high-recurring tech companies, Drako has been named one of Goldman Sachs' 100 Most Attractive Entrepreneurs of 2014. has been selected.
Drako has been interested in "making something" such as engineering since he was a boy. At the age of 16, he started his first business by creating and selling something like a pioneer of video games and bulletin boards. In addition, he pays tuition for the proceeds and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley.
Drako always focuses on customer service in running the company. He believes that "High quality customer service is nesessary for company success."
High quality, as he thinks, means, for example, "always answer customer calls." The reason he focuses on quality customer support is that he believes it will always lead to good sales. However, unfortunately, there are companies in the United States that work at irregular times and are not able to respond to customer calls. He came up with this business when he was worried that his customers would continue to move away. We thought we should install cameras in offices around the world to see if customer service is maintained, rather than monitoring employees.
He thought that if the system was properly put in place, we would be able to provide high-quality customer service. This experience led him to the founding of Eagle Eye Network, a cloud video management system company.
