The Client Success (existing customer sales) department is looking for a customer success account manager for Meltwater Tools (corporate subscription), which is being introduced as companies promote DX and work styles change.
Customers in charge are diverse, including major Japanese foreign-affiliated companies, government-affiliated companies, listed companies B2B, B2C, brand companies, research institutes, public relations agencies, etc.
For those customers acquired in the Client Accquisition department, the Customer Success Account Manager has the following tasks:
・ Toward the customer's "goal" [Accompaniment]: From the introduction to operation of the Meltwater tool, while understanding the customer's "current location" and "goal", continuously deliver new value
・ Problem-solving approach: Consulting by continuously drawing out various problems, points of worries, and potential needs that companies have, and talking about problem-solving by doing so.
・ Exciting value: Deliver new features (including installed tools, of course) that are updated one after another to customers and optimize the use of tools
After joining the company, after completing a series of training in the Client Success department, you will be assigned to the actual customer account as a member of the team. Without failing to actively communicate, you will improve your account management skills, business analysis skills, and consultation skills, and gain achievements.
You will be able to learn from the most mature customer utilization examples and success stories in the company, and aim for your own growth and further career advancement.
Meltwater is a SaaS company, solution is the search engine founded in Norway in 2001 and now headquarter is in San Francisco.
We started the Japan branch office in 2008, and currently work with about 800 customers through the introduction of Meltwater tools (the search engine) and consulting mainly to the public relations and marketing departments. English and Japanese are the official languages of the company, and it is a company with a strong Western culture that values work-life balance.
