Job Description Legal Counsel & Compliance officer hiring urgently in Tokyo / Osaka / Yokohama

Execute and maintain corporate filings, documents, reports, and records under applicable laws and regulations including the Company Act
Manage the coordination of board and shareholder meetings and other official committees in liaison with shareholders and board members
Handle other general corporate matters
Review, interpret, draft and revise terms in business-related agreements/documents such as license agreements

Job
Requirements		 3+ years legal or compliance experience
Competence in broad range of corporate laws and regulations
Strong skills in drafting contracts and corporate documents
Experience at a technology company is a plus
Native (or professional) Japanese skill and good communication skill in English
Ability to work as a team and support sales and other back office staff
Ability to prioritize work, anticipate and meet established deadlines
English Level Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
Japanese Level Native Level
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 7500K - JPY 17000K
