You will be in charge of wholesale leasing sales of DC properties developed by Japan GLP.
(1) Tenant search sales, proposals (HyperScaler, OTT, DC operators, telecommunications carriers, SIer, etc.)
② Negotiation of contract conditions, contract acquisition
③ Smooth occupancy support for tenants
(4) Collaboration and support by inputting needs trends, etc. to internal stakeholders

・ You will deepen your understanding within the company by participating in briefing sessions for each department within the company.
・ You will be asked to create a proposal scenario based on the activity plan and specific DC properties.
・ Propose specific DC properties to tenant candidates and proceed with work in collaboration with other departments to obtain contracts.

・ Those who understand the trends and customs of the DC industry at home and abroad
・ Those who have more than 3 years of experience in any of the following ① and ②
① Real estate developers, DC operators, telecommunications carriers,
DC sales experience or DC procurement experience at SI companies, HyperScaler, etc.
② DC lease brokerage experience at a real estate broker
・ Ability to perform duties in English (Business English level. Can conduct sales activities in English)
・ DC wholesale sales experience
・ Those who have a connection with a company that is a candidate for tenant
・ Those who have knowledge of DC construction and equipment and can make proposals and coordinate discussions with tenants.
・ Those who can make joint business proposals and planning discussions with tenants
