・ Development concept planning, product planning of development properties
・ Construction and management of development plans (investment balance control, sales support, etc.)

You will cooperate with other department members in the company such as the Design Planning Department to promote development.

・ More than 3-5 years of experience in real estate development, planning and investment projects
・ Those who can plan, propose, and execute improvement of business balance and product quality that leads to it
・ Clarify the direction, vision, and issues of the project

・ Experience in planning large-scale properties, urban development, etc., and realizing new ideas
