Finance/Accounting - Analysis & Planning
Infosys is looking for Business Analyst to be part of a team dealing with Corporate Banking, Securities/Wealth Management projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Able to understand variety of securities related business requirements, especially the bit complex “regulatory” ones which emerge from government organizations.
Able to discuss/negotiate/achieve clarity with business stakeholders for requirements in 1. above.
Able to drive implementer/development vendor in order to realize the business requirements within the set time constraints/budget.
Able to coordinate amongst multiple stakeholders in the project including Business users, development vendors, globally located, upstream/downstream system IT/Biz teams, etc.

Native-level Japanese skill is a must. Business-level English is preferred
Experience as BA on requirements analysis is mandatory
Exposure to Finance area is mandatory.
Experience of having worked in securities domain is must with probably some experience of ‘Wealth Management’ would surely be a bonus.
Having interest in the world of securities (bonds/funds/stocks trading) will make the job a bit more interesting/easier, being a team-player is key for this role.
Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
