• To provide 2nd line technical support; answering support queries via phone, email, Chat and Web
• To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
• Identifying the issue and categorizing / prioritize the incident
• Referring KB for workaround / resolution and attempting resolution
• Trouble shooting issues related to Outlook email / MS office suite / WebEx /Jabber / Cisco AnyConnect VPN, Chrome / Safari, IE, Firefox etc. as per scope document and SOW
• Handling issues using Remote tools.

• Experience in Microsoft Native migration tool for data migration from on-premise to Office 365 environment
• Experience in handling Services on O365 environment primarily to Exchange online & Lync services
• Knowledge & Experience in Exchange 2003, 2007 & 2010 and Office 365 - Exchange Online, Office 365 - Lync Online and other services
• Experience in building Hybrid environment with Office 365 - Exchange Online, Office 365 - Lync Online and other services
• Should have an understanding on Single Sign On service using Microsoft ADFS
• Experience in designing and implementing complete end to end Messaging environment.
• Backup and restore of exchange servers databases, Setting Disaster recovery policy
• Should have knowledge and understand other Messaging service products available in the market
• Have experience in migrating the mailboxes into Office 365 / Any Messaging and troubleshooting experience for migration issues.
• Knowledge on automation and scripting to troubleshoot during migration.
