Job Description In this role, you will focus on resolving technical issues for our client's Japan business by collaborating with the technical support team in HQ. You will not only focus on your external customers, but internal team members and stake holders.


Description

* 新製品発売時のサポート体制確立(製品情報の周知および研修、リペア設備の導入)
* 製品リペアおよび品質問題に関するトラブルシューティングの提供
* 製品リペアおよび品質問題に関する案件管理およびフィードバック
* FAQおよび技術関連の文書拡充
* カスタマーセンター向け研修の企画および実行

* IT製品(ハードウェアおよびソフトウェア)の構成および操作に詳しい方
* IT製品に関する知識が豊富な方
* IT製品のリペアに関する知識・スキルをお持ちの方
* テクニカルサポートの実務経験をお持ちの方


Job Offer

- Permanent employee.

- Regular working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm (1 hour lunch break) - overtime upon discretionary scheme.

- Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays.

- Benefits: Social Insurance, transportation, flexible time off, vacation pay, and holiday pay
