Customer Service - Customer Support
Improvement of quality to develop Customer satisfaction through providing high efficiency of service.
* Be in contact with the headquarters in Switzerland (products, spare parts, repairs,...)
* Receive inbound calls from customers concerning replacements, questions, ...
* Manage Data for customers
* Controlling of the lead time
* Goods receiving and shipping
* Products inspection
* You studied fashion or have experience as Customer service / client service in a fashion brand
* You have a native level of Japanese and a good level of English
* You have a keen interest in luxury
* You have good Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, outlook, PowerPoint)
You will receive a salary up to 4-5M JPY.
There will be no shift work and almost no overtime
