We are looking for someone who can:
・Abilitiy to encourage clients to bring projects into fruition, while coordinating complex interests among various stakeholders inside and outside the company

・ Ability to investigate, analyze, and organize projects as a whole and understand their intricacies, logically approach hypothetical problems and present feasible solutions

・ Strong interest in radical business model reforms for disruption in financial institutions

○ Necessary experience (one or more of the following)
・A core role in client business reform projects and development projects (particularly in a conceptualizing, planning and requirement specification capacity) in an environment such as a consulting company, SI company, etc.

・Experience in a core/leader role in business reform projects and development projects (particularly in a conceptualizing, planning and requirement specification capacity) in IT departments, management planning departments, and business departments of operating companies

・ Experience working in a financial institution to understand business processes in this specific field to play a core role in its reform work

・ Leading clients in digital transformation projects and business reform projects at consulting companies, SI companies, etc.

・ Experience of playing a core role in the planning and development of digital business and digital services

・ Leading digital transformation projects and business reform projects as leaders in IT departments, management planning departments, and business departments of operating companies
