Job Description Manage a sales team and create strategies to grow revenue (online and retail sales)

Market analysis and use CRM to support internal decisions


Description

External - On-line and Key Accounts

* Commit to sales and accounts' budget expenditure

* Maintain outstanding relationship with stockholders in Tokyo and London

* Solid understanding of online and e-commerce sales. Manage third party delivery sites

* Oversee best products and optimize online traffic to increase sales conversion

* Maximize new product launches and category expansion plans

* Manage deal calendar with consideration to effect on offline business

* Agree trade marketing activities with accounts and negotiate incremental campaigns

* Compromise with merchandisers/planners to ensure supply of sell-out demands, in order to assure healthy supply levels





Internal

* Present Account performance to stakeholders

* Work closely with demand planners to maximise availability and sales

* Collaborate with local and Head Office teams to tailor content for online

* Support customer services and supply teams to achieve customer orders



General

* Participate and represent the company in events and industry associations

* Conduct business interactions with contractors, consumers and internal personnel in a professional and courteous way


Profile

* Wide Sales and Consumer Industry Experience
* Previous Experience in houseware business

* Channels experience (e-Commerce, Department Stores, GMS and Home-centres)

* English and Japanese communication

* Confident negotiator and great sense of ownership over accounts

* Strong analytical and commercial acumen

* Hands on, proactive and autonomous candidate

They are looking for an Account Manager to be in charge with its major accounts, like Amazon, Rakuten and Yahoo services. The goal is to maximize sales, revenue and demonstrate strong pro-activity and ability to create a cohesive team to play in Japan
