We are currently looking for a Transition Manager, who will be able to conduct various phases of transition: Pre-Transition, Transition Phase & Post-Transition Phase.
【Role & Responsibilities】
・Plan, design and deliver strategic projects to bring business benefits and value to the Organization
・Scheduling & Planning Transition Project requirements
・Manage and Track Project Milestones and Project expenses
・Prepare the project plan, project Management and governance model while working closely with project stakeholders and delivery team
・Maintain good business relationships with project stakeholders
・Coordinate with Technical and Management teams in Bangalore and globally.
・Project scoping, project budget tracking and forecasting as applicable Documenting the agreed outcome & processes.
・Designing, procuring & deploying the technology
・Leading SLA discussions with clients by involving relevant people

|Working Hours||Regular working hours|
・7 -10 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure area
・At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in Project Management
・Experience in using Project Management methodologies and processes
・Good command of spoken and written English, communication and interpersonal skills
・Able to work under minimal supervision
・Planning, deliverables, progress tracking and reporting in the Project Management environment, preparing Project Presentations and documentation
・Ability to articulate how business issues may impact overall IT architecture and planning
・Ability to support, and inspire colleagues, capacity to think creatively, yet pragmatically.
・Knowledge of the following:
PMP Methodologies for Project Management
Six Sigma processes
Microsoft Project and Visio
