Job Description Position Summary:
The Human Resources Administrator sits within the Human Resources department and may also be required to communicate with the Finance/Account and Payroll department on a regular basis. He/she is responsible to provide a robust administrative support to the Human Resources Department daily operations: personal administration, benefits, payroll, employee relations, etc. He/she mainly works within a framework of established HR processes, procedures and standard work instructions as determined by the HR department and applicable legislations.

Position responsibilities:
• Be responsible for all aspect of the administration involved in the employee life cycle including procedures in offices in Japan and Asia
• Advise basic HR related matters and issues whilst being a member of the HR mailing distribution lists
• Administer and process employee’s on-boarding and termination
• Administer relevant training programs (HR Induction etc.)
• Handles employee/manager’s queries in line with the company’s policies and procedures
• Administer performance evaluation programs
• Administer Company policies and procedures in compliance with country regulations
• Administer the localization and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
• Administer employees’ relocations and transfers processes
• Ensure employee data are kept updated on the HRIS and produces relevant reports
• Educate employees with HRIS usage
• Keep soft and hard employee files up-to-date
• Assist with audits for compliance purposes
• Provide administrative support to various benefits plans in international locations
• Coordinate the communication between the payroll department and the benefit providers
• Support employee relations procedures e.g. grievances and disciplinaries. This could involve arranging meetings and taking notes.
• Perform operational support to the HR Departments in different locations
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your manager/supervisor

Requirements
Essential skills and experience required:
• Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
• Excellent l communication skills (written and verbal) in Japanese and English
• General knowledge and understanding of employment regulations
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations
• Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace
• Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries
• Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies
• Working knowledge with a HRIS
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Maintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed
• Minimum 1 year Human Resources experience
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, preferably with Human Resources concentration

Valued but not required skills and experience:
• 2 years of direct Human Resources experience
• Additional Asian language (Korean, Chinese, etc)
• Prior experience of working with HRIS Software
English Level Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
Japanese Level Native Level
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 3500K - JPY 4500K

Period
6カ月の試用期間後、正規雇用(1年目は契約社員、2年目より正社員に移行)
