★Development direction work for Daijob.com, Japan's largest job search site for global talent★ You will be responsible for planning and directing the development and renovation of our operational site. ◆Mission Working with product marketers, we will continuously maximize the value of our products and increase the success rate of job changes for global talent through a data-driven approach based on user behavior and performance indicators. ・Promoting user-centered product development ・Formulating and executing development plans in line with business goals ◆Job Description Working with the marketing department, you will be responsible for directing product renovation and development. ・Requirements definition and progress management for UI/UX modifications to improve KPIs ・Prioritize feature improvements based on user behavior data and marketing department analysis ・Requirements definition for new features and modifications (creating specifications, creating wireframes, designing storyboards, etc.) ・Planning and progress management of development sprints in collaboration with engineers and designers (using agile/scrum) ・Development progress of each measure, release management, organizing the scope of impact, sharing and coordinating with internal stakeholders ◆Main tools and software used Slack: Internal communication and information sharing Backlog: Project management and visualization of task progress Whimsical: Designing wireframes, user flows, etc. Google Analytics 4 (GA4): User behavior analysis and acquisition of improvement insights Looker Studio: KPI visualization and dashboard creation Google Spreadsheets/Slides/Docs: Document creation, analysis, information organization, internal sharing ◆What you can gain through this position ・Be involved in the development of socially meaningful products that support the career development of global talent ・Experience leading product growth from both a user perspective and a data-driven perspective ・A position that allows discretion in the overall design and improvement strategy of the product ・Develops a "total optimization" perspective by collaborating with other departments such as product marketing and CRM ◆Selection process [Document screening] → [First interview & aptitude test] → [Second interview] → [Executive interview] → [Interview & offer] |

Half-yearly annual salary system (salary revision twice a year) The personnel evaluation system is based on the mission grade system, and performance evaluations are conducted twice a year. *Includes deemed overtime pay for 40 hours per month. (Example) For an annual salary of 4 million yen: 330,000 yen or more/month *Includes deemed overtime pay (80,000 yen for 40 hours).
