Job Description |
[Sales Support] *Accounting will be taught through OJT. Mainly in-office, but hybrid work (8 times a month, approximately 2 days a week can be done remotely) ■Job Description: You will be responsible for supporting sales operations, smooth order processing, and cost-related task management. We expect you to work closely with not only sales staff, but also the logistics team and other internal departments. ■Job Details: <Sales Order/Project Management> - Processing sales orders - Managing and supporting documents and financial data related to projects - Processing billing, issuing invoices and credit notes as necessary - Coordinating service-related orders and shipments <Logistics/Cost Management> - Managing cost allocation related to parts repair and service - Tracking repair costs and internal coordination to ensure proper cost recovery - Arranging final delivery of spare parts or equipment to factory - Liaising with sales staff and logistics team <Reporting and Documentation> - Preparing monthly financial and operational reports related to third-party transactions and internal cost management - Recording and reporting all relevant sales and financial data Scope of job changes after joining the company: Depends on the company situation.
