This is a strategic marketing position responsible for executing brand plans, developing customer-centric initiatives, and leading cross-functional collaboration to drive product growth in Japan. Description * Achieve product sales, growth, and market share objectives * Design and execute tactical plans aligned with overall brand strategy * Analyze performance and customer insights, applying PDCA for continuous improvement * Build and manage relationships with external experts to deliver key brand messages * Develop and roll out training programs to strengthen field force capabilities * Collaborate across departments and with alliance partners to ensure cohesive brand success Profile * Strong track record in driving customer behavior change through marketing initiatives * Ability to turn insights and data analysis into strategic action * Proven leadership in cross-functional project environments * Skilled in influencing stakeholders without formal authority * Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure * Effective communicator and team player with strong interpersonal skills * Business-level English and native-level Japanese preferred * Digital marketing experience preferred * Experience engaging with experts in cardio-renal metabolism preferred Job Offer * An independent and inclusive company culture, with opportunities for professional development and long-term career progression.
