【Long-established 100-year-old listed company whose main business is automotive key sets / Top niche company that supports people's lives / Equity ratio: 50% / Monthly overtime: approx. 30 hours per month / 121 days off per year】 ■Recruitment Background: As a management plan, the company has set a sales target of 85 billion yen in 2026, which is 1.4 times the current sales. You will be entrusted with the development of automotive parts that are scheduled to be launched in the next two to three years. In addition to major domestic automakers, the company has been receiving orders from overseas automakers, including Renault, VW, and North American automakers. ■Responsibilities You will be engaged in the development of either door lock or door handle modules for automobiles. Based on the concept requested by the customer, you will plan and propose specifications including necessary functions and design features, and then proceed with development toward mass production through specification design, conceptual design, and detailed design. In addition to conventional products such as remote control keys and smart keys, door modules in recent years have included door handles that require high design quality with painted or plated finishes, flush handles that automatically exit when a person approaches the car, and innovative products that incorporate electronics technology, such as Intuitive power slide door handle that enables non-contact opening and closing of sliding doors. In many cases, one person and one support person are assigned to each project. ■Clients: The company previously dedicated itself to Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. but now has business with Nissan Motor Co. and various domestic manufacturers of finished vehicles and commercial vehicles. In addition to the domestic market, in recent years the company has also achieved orders from GM, Ford, and other overseas customers. ■Organizational Structure: The Design Department has about 40 members, divided into groups by product (door handles, locksets, and advanced development), which are determined based on aptitude. ■Features of the company: Stable management base with top market share and numerous products The company provides value and safety to customers in the automotive and residential sectors using the technology of locks.
